This week, the Springs of Hope Foundation team carried out a food distribution in Sewarage, Nakuru. We delivered 60 hampers to some of the community’s most vulnerable residents. Elderly couples, single mothers, and individuals living with disabilities received packages filled with everyday food items, enough to last a week or two, and bring some comfort during tough times. Our students recently set out for a unique Kentex Uniforms factory visit, a hands-on learning experience at one of Kenya’s leading school uniform manufacturers. The visit broadened their perspective, showing them that production extends far beyond the small sewing machines they use in training. When the students entered the factory, the steady hum of machines and the sight of fabric transforming immediately captured their attention. They watched giant cutting machines slice through stacks of cloth with precision, shaping pieces for shirts, skirts, and trousers.
